What to include

• Bug reports — the source format, the target format, and the exact error text from the results row. That message comes straight from the underlying tool and is usually enough to identify the cause.
• Privacy requests — tell us what you want to access or delete. Note that uploads are purged automatically within 24 hours, so a deletion request for a file is very likely already satisfied.
• Takedown or abuse reports — include the URL and a description. Illegal uploads are reported to the relevant authorities.
• Format requests — conversion support comes from the upstream tools, so a missing format is usually best raised with ConvertX directly.

Response times

This is a small operation, so replies are best-effort rather than guaranteed within a fixed window. Privacy and takedown requests are prioritised over everything else.
